I spent NYE at Turnip Rock Farm again this year. We had fondue made with cheese from the farm, ham from their pig, mexican chocolate cookies, bourbon, rabbit liver mousse and truffle salami from Clancy's, and good conversation with good friends. It snowed that night, providing the first sizable snowfall since November. I got my New Year's wish, and was able to run thru the snow to the sauna like last year. In the morning I took a walk with my friend Joe and a pack of dogs. And Thora and I danced in the snow.
